Mortgage Rates Continue to Drop

Interest Rates

Mortgage rates are continuing to drop. A 15 year fixed loan is down to 5.582% and a 30 fixed loan is down to 5.674%.

Real Estate

Currently there are 24,855 homes on the market in Chicago selling at a median price of $300,000. Currently there are 21,980 homes on the market in Chicago selling for $199,746.
