Certainly not a title any area would hope for. Aurora has a department dedicated to searching for vacant homes in the city. Recent story says the two tell tale signs of a potentially vacant home are broken windows or unkempt landscaping.

1100 foreclosure cases were filed during 2007. 124 foreclosure cases were filed during April 2008. MLS data shows 224 distressed homes currently offered for sale in Aurora.
