Many People Struggle Making Mortgage Payments

Help is Available

Many months ago we believed more people would be financially affected by rising energy and fuel costs.

People who are struggling making mortgage payments need to contact the mortgage lender right away. As time passes the file travels through various departments becoming more difficult for the home owner to receive help from the lender.

In a given week, 10+ calls come in from the agent representing the seller seeking feedback from our tour showing. Most of the calls take time as we end up providing suggestions to help their client work through the issue of being behind on mortgage payments. Our job is to help as many people as possible.
