Everyone makes a mortgage payment. It is either yours or your landlords! Recent study by the Federal Reserve found significant differences in wealth accumulation between renters and home owners. The average renter had wealth hovering around $4,000 with the home owner around $184,400. What would your number look like?

There are great tax advantages from owning a home. Many people think they can not afford a home. The real question becomes can a person afford not to own a home?

Now is the time to jump on the bus and find a Great Home at a Great Price.
